The club launched in the Autumn of 2021 with its first car being a 2019 Renault Zoe, followed in May 2022 by an e-van, Vauxhall Vivaro-e, both are parked in the car park by Pryce Jones building near the train station in Newtown

Each person wanting to drive must complete their own membership application form – you can also view the full membership agreements in PDF or Word format.

Please note you need to get a code from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence or download your licence summary so that we can check your driving history. The paper counterpart to a driving licence has been abolished and is no longer updated, only those issued before 31/03/2000 are still valid. If you want us to do the online checking, please bring your licence and National Insurance number together with the completed application form to the initial familiarisation session. This can last up to an hour our local coordinator will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
