Each person wanting to drive must complete their own membership application form – you can also view the full membership agreements in PDF or Word format. Once we receive your completed application form, we will print it off for you to sign when we meet at your familiarisation session.

Please note you need to get a code from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence or download your licence summary so that we can check your driving history. The paper counterpart to a driving licence has been abolished and is no longer updated; only those issued before 31/03/2000 are still valid. If you want us to do the online checking, please bring your licence and National Insurance number together with the completed application form to the initial familiarisation session. This can last up to an hour our local coordinator will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
