Llanidloes

Llanidloes has a fully electric 2021 Renault Zoe and a Nissan Note (petrol) available for car club members. The Zoe has its own dedicated parking space and charging point hosted by Powys Safety Solutions near St Idloes Church. Llanidoes car club launched its first shared car in July 2007 and still has its own web page.

Before signing up, please make sure you’ve understood How it works and email coordinator@llanicarclub.org.uk with any questions.

Each person wanting to drive must complete their own membership application form – you can also view the full membership agreements in PDF or Word format.

If you need a printed version, please email coordinator@llanicarclub.org.uk

Please note you need to get a code from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence or download your licence summary so that we can check your driving history. The paper counterpart to a driving licence has been abolished and is no longer updated, only those issued before 31/03/2000 are still valid. See https://www.gov.uk/government/news/driving-licence-changes

If you want us to do the online checking, please bring your licence and National Insurance number together with the completed application form to the initial familiarisation session. This can last up to an hour our local coordinator will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
